Mission Statement
The mission of the NEPSAY Soccer League is to provide a positive, inclusive, and development-focused soccer environment that embodies the core values of SAY Soccer: TOUCHLINE - Tradition, Organized, United, Care, Having fun, Leadership, Inclusive, Network and Enpowerment. We are committed to fostering a safe and supportive space where players of all skill levels can learn, grow, and thrive—both on and off the field. Through community engagement, respectful competition, and a strong emphasis on character development, NEPSAY aims to inspire a lifelong love of the game in every participant.

NEPSAY is an organization of soccer leagues representing over 7,000 children in the greater Scranton-Wilkes Barre area dedicated to the premise that soccer is a fun and meaningful activity for all of our children. The organization oversees the interplay between the leagues that make up NEPSAY. These leagues may be affiliated with other organizations such as SAY. You will find a ton of information about NEPSAY and its affiliated leagues on this site as well as resources for new and experienced coaches.
